The speed of technology and connectivity has really changed our lives – our whole culture is speed up. We’ve become used to instant replies and constant availability. This unnatural pace keeps us on edge, reactionary and even anxious if we can’t get what we want on our doorstep the next day or don’t get an instant text reply. It’s ALL fear and adrenaline based and it’s easy to get addicted to the adrenaline drama.
But what if we committed to moving at our own natural pace despite the messages we received as a child or from the culture at large? Based on the work of Katie Hendricks/Hendricks Institute, Essence Pace is a way of reconnecting with our natural rhythm and pace of movement helping us be more present, connected and creative within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
