As humans we have periods of feeling really good as we move towards greater success and progress with our life goals . . . then BAM! . . . we run smack into habitual and unconscious obstacles and mess it all up!   In the book The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, he describes this as an "upper limit" problem.  We have a universal human tendency to sabotage ourselves when we have exceeded the "upper limit" of what we feel we are capable of doing and feeling.  Often these are coping adaptations learned in childhood that carry into unconscious behaviors as adults.  In this podcast Kristin will discuss the unconscious barriers we encounter and the signs and behaviors that let us know we are upper limiting ourselves as outlined in the book.  A highly recommended read!
